It is prohibited to copy, modify, attempt to extract the source code of, translate into other languages, or make derivative versions of the add-ons or any part thereof, including our trademarks. All the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the add-ons still belong to Everest Web Deals LLC.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Everest Web Deals LLC does NOT engage in the sale of ChatGPT API keys or tokens. Our charges only apply to the utilization of our add-ons. Post-payment, you are required to input your personal ChatGPT key.

Everest Web Deals LLC is committed to ensuring that our add-ons are as helpful and efficient as possible. Hence, we reserve the right to make changes to the add-ons or to charge for their services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the add-ons or their services without clearly stating what you’re paying for.

Our add-ons store and process personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access to the add-ons secure. The add-ons do use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware that Everest Web Deals LLC does not take responsibility for certain circumstances. For instance, the full functionality of the add-ons will require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider. We are not responsible if the add-ons do not work at full functionality without access to Wi-Fi or if your data allowance is depleted.

If you’re using the add-ons outside of an area with Wi-Fi, remember that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms will still apply. As a result, you may be charged for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the add-ons, or other third-party charges. By using the add-ons, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the add-ons outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.

Everest Web Deals LLC cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the add-ons. For instance, if your device runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Everest Web Deals LLC cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Everest Web Deals LLC’s responsibility for your use of the add-ons, it’s important to remember that while we strive to ensure that the information in the add-ons is updated and accurate at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us. Everest Web Deals LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the add-ons.

We may wish to update the add-ons in the future. They are currently available on Google Workspace Marketplace – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the add-ons to) may change. Everest Web Deals
