• The Installer (You): We only collect your name and email address to manage your license, verify authentication, and provide customer support.
• Your Form Respondents (End-Users): We do not collect, access, or store on our servers any of their personal information, email addresses, or form responses.

Google Authentication & License Activation

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us to run the services.

Since our Google add-ons only work with Google products, a Google account is required for authentication and login. Our Google add-ons collect your email address for the first authentication in the application. Authentication is performed by Google itself using the default authentication method. Our add-ons, without this authentication, will not work properly. Authentication can be revoked by the user at any time. In order to provide services to you, your email address must be used to activate your license and send you communications, such as confirmation emails and support updates.

2. Payment Data and Stripe

Payment Data. When paying for a Service using Stripe, the Stripe service asks for your last name, first name, billing address, country, and your credit card details. This allows us to collect Stripe service fees and send invoices to you. Your credit card is transferred directly to the Stripe payment processor and never passes through our servers.

When you email support with a question, we will save that conversation and email address for future reference. We also retain any information that you voluntarily provide, such as surveys, for as long as we need.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
